ArtWeb version 1.22

Data format for this version is compatible with previous versions. The main change is support for Drag/Drop and Cut/Paste. Several projects may be open at the same time and pictures along with data may be moved / copied between projects.

All projects in a folder may be opened and closed with a single command. Use Ctrl-W to toggle between large and small window format.
